Men's Combed Socks

I'm going to try and post something new and completely pointless daily, so if I talk way too much about old people, feel free to...hit me with numchucks. Ehh?

Pointless bit of news...recently, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources has been seeking 75 volunteers to be trained in listening to frogs so that the state can complete its annual frog survey. Georgia has 31 frog species, each with distinctive ribbits and croaks, and surveyors, after practicing detection, will monitor frog habitats to help officials measure population trends. Tracking season begins this week. Whoohoo. Another great thing for me to look forward to this week.

Along with listening to frogs and reading up on the latest research about dinosaur feces, I have discovered a very comfy chair in Smith Union at PSU. It's warm and squishy, which sounds really disturbing for some reason. Honestly though. I took a nap there today, and although I woke up with a eight stab wounds and a crick in the neck, it was worth it. And I can't seem to find my wallet...
